By accessing or using postcall.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

postcall.ai provides AI-powered transcription and summarization of audio recordings. The Service:

• Accepts audio file uploads (MP3, WAV, M4A, WEBM, MP4)
• Transcribes audio using AI technology
• Generates meeting summaries, action items, key decisions, and follow-up email drafts
• Allows export of transcripts and summaries as PDF or Markdown
• Stores your meeting data for your access

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Upload audio recordings you own or have permission to process
• Use the Service for legitimate business or personal purposes
• Export and share your generated content
• Delete your data at any time

You May NOT:

• Upload audio you don't own or have permission to use
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to upload excessive content

• All core features included
• No credit card required
• No automatic charges

Pro Tier (Coming Soon)

Pro tier pricing and features will be announced when available. Existing users will receive advance notice before Pro tier launches.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to:

• Audio files you upload
• Transcripts generated from your audio
• AI-generated summaries, action items, and drafts
• Any exported content

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

7. AI-Generated Content

Important disclaimers about AI-generated content:

• Transcripts may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Summaries are AI-generated interpretations, not verbatim records
• Action items and decisions are automatically extracted and may be incomplete
• Follow-up email drafts should be reviewed and edited before sending
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• We are not liable for loss of data due to your actions or technical failures
• You use the Service at your own risk

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
• No warranty of accuracy of transcripts or AI-generated content
• No warranty regarding security or data protection

11. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the Service. We will provide notice when possible.

12. Recording Consent

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent to record meetings and process the audio. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some locations require all-party consent, others require one-party consent. You must comply with all applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for your compliance with recording consent requirements.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless postcall.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and postcall.ai regarding use of the Service.
