Security & Privacy

Your meetings stay between you and the people in them. We built postcall.ai with privacy as a foundation, not an afterthought.

Our Promise

Your meeting content is sensitive. We get it. That's why we've built postcall.ai to be the most privacy-respecting meeting tool available. No bots joining your calls, no calendar access, no data training — just the insights you need without the privacy tradeoffs.

Data Handling

Encryption

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • All data encrypted at rest (AES-256)
  • Bank-level security standards

No AI Training

We do not use your data to train AI models. Ever. This isn't buried in legal fine print — it's a core principle. Your recordings, transcripts, and generated insights are yours alone.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • You control your data — delete any meeting anytime
  • Delete your entire account and all data on request
  • Permanent deletion within 30 days

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your recordings, transcripts, and outputs are yours alone. The only third parties that process your data are our essential service providers (transcription and AI APIs), and they are contractually bound to not retain or use your data.

What We Don't Access

Unlike other meeting tools, we don't need access to your entire digital life. We only see what you explicitly upload.
